ABC’s new Bachelor series may prove quite different: this bachelor is a single dad and he’s looking not only for a mate but a good mom for his young child. ABC Family premieres the 2nd season of Secret Life of the American Teenager in which Molly Ringwald deals with life now that her teenage daughter is pregnant. Perhaps in parallel to the Sarah Palin scenario, looks like there’s going to be a wedding!
My Network TV is premiering Masters of Illusion which is a weekly follow up to a quartet of specials that ran on the netlet last season, subtitled “Impossible Magic.”
Lifetime premieres Diettribe which charts the journey of five best friends who have made a commitment to lose their unwanted pounds together. ABC’s True Beauty asks the question “What makes a person truly beautiful?”
And, if the Texas Longhorns can win Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, there may be a split championship awarded, this season has certainly been controversial!
