diane-farr.jpgThere was a time recently when I was afraid Megan was leaving the show. When she returned from a special FBI job in Washington D.C. saying things like she couldn’t handle it anymore. But she appeared to work through whatever issues she might have had.

Megan and Larry had been a pretty solid couple before that trip but their relationship had suffered from Larry’s fear of involvement and his withdrawal to the monestary following his space travel with the astronauts.

So it was good to see Megan facing her fear and winning over it. Apparently in college her roommate had been raped and refused to deal with it until one of her roommate’s other friends reached out to her. The fact that Megan had not been the one to help had haunted her for all that time.

On this episode Megan was able to help track down a cop who was using his role as an officer to rape women. At the end it came down to Megan choosing not to kill the man once he was cornered. It took all her strength to resist, but then she was able to help one of the women who had been his victim.
