Some really nice stuff with Charlie and Don at the end, and it was fun watching Charlie’s friends being interviewed, all the while wondering just how embarrassing the article was going to turn out, especially after the author admitted to Alan that he thought Charlie was making money at the expense of people’s emotional need for friendship. Only after Alan told him more about Charlie’s life did the reporter write what turned out to be an interesting article with some candid remarks from his friends.
And Megan set Colby up with her gymnast friend, and David looked a little jealous. It was good to see Don laughing at the end after he’d been moping around, probably feeling a little lonely after having broken up with Liz. Since she wasn’t in the show, maybe she’s moved on for good. Only time will tell.
