How did Sarah get away from her grandparents and into that party?

Does Moretti have enough problems with his son being belligerent and the Abby-Luka situation?  Did he actually stutter when he met Luka?  When Abby got sick later it got me wondering if she might be pregnant, but so soon having symptoms?

Harold, the new guy, wearing a tux for his date that night, saved a kid’s life by cutting his chest open, even though he’s not authorized.  When the attending doctors finally arrived, they were flabbergasted.  It was priceless when Archie, seeing the blood on Harold’s shirt, said, “Dude!  That was a rental!”

Who was that new surgeon joking around in the OR?

It was good to finally see Neela expressing some concern for Abby.  Where was she the night she started drinking?  Neela should have followed Abby and made sure she was okay that night, maybe she could have gotten through to her.  But Abby is not feeling better and is not able to cope with whatever issues she thinks she has and she’s still drinking.  How appropriate that she should spill her Coke and Vodka on the carpet and, no matter how had she scrubs, she can’t get the stain out.  Even with Moretti gone to see his son, will she be able to get past the one-night stand or will she only feel better if she tells Luka?
