Amazing Race - We’ve Really Burned Bridges, For Sure - Review

All the teams were vying for the earliest flights and there was lots of tension. Even the blondes were at each other’s throats because Jen felt bad about using the u-turn and causing Jason and Lorena to get cut the previous week. Shana, however, told her to get over it.
After all the juggling of travel agencies, most of the teams ended up on the earliest two flights which were only 10 minutes apart, and the father-daughter team, Ron and Christina, ended up on a flight that left 30 minutes later.
First stop was a roadblock, someone had to be able to listen to directions well in order to deliver a book. Donald had some trouble and his grandfather was worrying after about 2 hours when all but one of the other teams had completed the task. The blondes were still fighting and they finished the task at the same time Donald did.
Next stop was a gnome hunt, followed by a detour, where the choices were a stilt walk or to count pickets on a fence, all while being in the midst of a festival. The Goths loved the Lithuanians, most of whom were heavily costumed, making them feel right at home!
Walking on stilts proved to be tough for most, and some chose the pickets instead. Nate and Jen ended up having the toughest time with the pickets, especially after Jen skipped 10 numbers when counting and then they never recovered, fighting among themselves until they finally decided to stilt walk, which they handled pretty quickly.
The hippies, TK & Rachel, stilt walked and came in first place, the Goths counted and came in 2nd, followed by Don and Christina, despite his stilt walk issue with his hernia, then Azaria & Hendekea, Nate & Jen, and Don & Nick. The fighting blondes straggled in last place and were eliminated. While Jen was sad to leave, still feeling bad about the u-turn, Shana was mainly glad to be going back to the life of manicures and pedicures!
