Was there ever any doubt that the Packers and the Cowboys would win these games, and quite handily I might add? Sure there were some interesting moments, and Detroit and the Jets had some good plays, but not nearly enough to beat these 2 powerhouse teams. So it’s only apropos that Green Bay and Dallas will faceoff next Thursday night on the NFL Network. For those of us who don’t get satellite or that network, we’ll either have to settle for an audio version online, fork over big bucks to get the rest of the regular season in video online or, as I plan to do, go out to a sports bar and watch the game. And since I live in Texas, it could be an especially crowded one at that!
Meanwhile, Indy played Atlanta and, as I said above, I can’t watch this game so I can only go by what I see online since this one isn’t so urgent for me to go out for. Atlanta came on strong to start but then fizzled out and Indy came back for a 31-13 win.
