NFL Standings

Lots of news and goings-on in the NFL this week:  Ricky Williams will be available to play at the Dolphins’ game against Pittsburgh on Monday Night Football and, since Pittsburgh lost to the New York Jets this week, everyone is wondering if Miami might not actually have a chance of getting their first win of the season!  I’m doubting it, of the belief that it was a fluke that the Jets were able to pull a win out of that game.  Also in the news was a controversial call by the refs at the end of a game between Cleveland and Baltimore wherein a so-called “unreviewable” play was discussed, though admittedly the film was not reviewed, and the refs reversed their call and got the call right!  All the talking heads are saying that the rule about field goals being unreviewable will change in some way in the off season.  I say they should cap the top so the ball has to go into a net and stay there for the points to be allowed.
