I was surprised this week when I finally got around to watching the final episodes of Jekyll and realized that the assistant is portrayed by none other than Michelle Ryan of the new NBC show, Bionic Woman. The assistant role is that of a strong young woman who helps Dr. Jackman control Mr. Hyde when Tom is no longer able to.

Speaking of strong women, Dr. Jackman’s wife, Claire, is a very strong woman, and that fact is more obvious due to the adversity she must face finding out her husband has an evil side. In fact she encounters several surprises in these final two episodes that make her look at life in a new way.

If you haven’t taken the time to watch this series yet I highly recommend you find it online, rent it or buy it. James Nesbitt is excellent as this split personality and Mr. Hyde is deliciously fun as the evil one you’ll learn to love.
