Dead Zone - Ambush - Review

This was one of the more confusing episodes I’ve seen in quite awhile.  At one point I had to rewind to the beginning in order to figure out that the motel scenes started over a few times.

I have just a few observations:

  • What does Sarah do for money?  Perhaps she’s living on Walt’s life insurance.
  • The deputy reminds me of David Arquette’s character in Scream.
  • It’s cool that JJ has visions, maybe it will be crucial in the upcoming finale to save his mother’s and his life.
  • Johnny should have told Sarah that he and Turner were almost killed by someone who wants to keep the secret about the lake property where Sarah is taking JJ to live, and they might be in a lot of danger.
  • Is the Vice President involved with the whole property issue and Walt’s death?  Has he set up Sarah to be alone at the cabin so he can gain total control?
  • Is Janus still alive and pulling strings?  Could Walt still be alive?
  • Are Johnny and Stillson related?  The whole thing about Herb Smith being mentioned makes me wonder.

Maybe some of these questions will be answered in the finale.  I certainly hope so.
