It sounds like Tommy Lee started the argument because Kid Rock was ignoring him. Then Kid got so angry he slapped and then threw a punch at Tommy. Kid was charged with misdemeanor battery but Tommy, who never threw a punch, was led out of the auditorium and not allowed to re-enter. It was never clear if Pam was the subject of the argument.
