Dead Zone - Exile - Review

Sometimes it takes two…psychics that is, and this show delivers when Jennifer Finnegan (formerly of Close to Home) comes back as Johnny’s psychic friend, Alex.

While Johnny is away in Indiana working with Alex to solve a crime (and much more as it turns out), Sarah is in D.C. with V.P. Greg Stillson, speaking at a fundraiser for families surviving the deaths of police officers.

Greg convinces Sarah that she can take the next step in her life now that she’s decided to move out of Johnny’s house.  It sounds like she may move to the cabin that Walt bought.

The surprise at the end of the episode is when we find that Johnny was able to reconnect Alex with her long-lost mother, who had given her up for adoption 30 years before.  It was touching to see the joy when mother and daughter  realized that they were, indeed, related and meant to be together.

So now Johnny is heading back to Maine.  Will he be too late to stop Sarah from moving out, or maybe it’s for the best?  Only one more episode before the finale.
