Bones - Review

Bones Cast 2007Bones is a procedural drama with romantic undertones about a forensic anthropologist, Temperance Brennan, in Washington, D.C. who works with the FBI, specifically Agent Seely Booth, to investigate crimes by researching the bones left behind at crime scenes. It sounds cold and scientific, but the banter between the characters more than makes up for the over-my-head scientific talk that confuses Booth to the point of amusement. Booth being a down-to-earth cops and robbers type of guy keeps the action going as Tempe accompanies him on field investigations, where she sometimes gets carried away with her martial arts training.

There are enough side characters to keep things interesting as well as a subplot about Tempe’s past and family. You’ll enjoy this if you like humor with your murder mysteries.

Starts on Fox 9/25
