You read it here first! I can just see Brenda waddling around in her third trimester, sneaking cookies.

I’m glad to see Francis Capra (Miguel) is continuing to work. How ironic that his character is so similar to Weevil from Veronica Mars.

Did Fritz catch the flu from Brenda?

The big issue I saw in this episode was that Sanchez was trying to help Miguel steer clear of becoming a gang member and Brenda seemed too distracted with her health symptoms. When she told Sanchez not to intervene it was obvious that she was not thinking straight.

Despite not feeling well, Brenda was on top of her game with her questioning, finally bringing down the real killer as she always does.

As for her condition, I wonder how long she’ll try to enforce the whole “Everything changes when you say it out loud” thing. My concern is that mom and dad are coming for a visit soon and also that it is a huge shark to jump. Either they plan for this to be the final season or she’ll HAVE to lose the baby, unless Fritz wants to be a stay-at-home dad.
