I caught part of the first season over the Christmas holidays last year and fell in love with this group of baseball-loving, poker-playing friends in Chicago. It felt like Friends or Seinfeld after you had really gotten to know them, but a little more realistic.
They make Chicago feel like a neighborhood rather than a big city, and the corner bar like a corner pub in a small town.
Makes me wish they were my friends and at any minute one of them will walk in, get a beer out of my fridge and turn on the tv.

One Response to “My Boys – Review”
I am a TV whore. I heard about the first season last summer and then set my DVR. I have had the first season saved on my DVR since then. Because I dream of being PJ. Much cooler than being Norm. And growing up around SF, I have learned that even though it may seem like a big city, it really isn’t.
