Some observations I had throughout the show:
- Who lets these cons have a room to themselves to plan a riot?
- It took way to long for the place to go on lockdown
- Oh this is just a juvie facility? Coulda fooled me!
- Emily thinks kids are easier to talk down?
- There’s a phone in the yard??
- Rome, the guy in the handcuffs, is in charge?
- Guess not – Nathan, the man in the bunker has guards and weapons, and that apparently trumps handcuffs
- Cool movie reference – Fletch!
- The new guard must have been scared watching the cons get more rowdy by the minute – and Rome was willing to take advantage of it
- Nathan did all this to stop the juvie center from closing?
- I don’t buy that either Nathan or Rome is under 18! But Rome was right, the guard should have known what might happen – poor rookie!
- Then Nathan actually starts making some sense
- Cool fight in the yard – Nathan showed who was in charge didn’t he?
- Saving that rookie was cool – now what’s Rome gonna do to get back at him?
- It’s good to see Acevada (Benito Martinez, the Senator) from The Shield is continuing to get work
- The Senator sure is a hard nosed SOB
- I can understand the problem with the non-violent ones in there with the violent ones
- Emily made a good point to the Senator: “all you gotta do is listen”
- All it takes is for one of the bad guy cons to get hold of rifle
- At least this week it’s clear who is in charge
- Maybe the construction company for the Supermax prison is owned by the Senator
- The riot’s been going on for 3 days – wow
- OMG – Emily did NOT follow Matt out! This is gonna be a problem
- So Nathan’s not such a nice guy after all! Almost killed a guard
- Maybe Matt and Lia can get together
- And maybe the Senator will take Emily under his wing!
- I wouldn’t be surprised if Rome used to be a skinhead before his hair grew back in
- Nathan should blow Rome’s head off when he has the chance
- Cool! The kid gets his first kill! He DID have to kill him – but now he should put down the gun and walk out
- Oh, great – Nathan’s gonna be a martyr – can Matt talk him down before the SORT team kills him?
- I wonder if Emily and Matt set the whole thing up so she could stay in the negotiation?
- Did Matt really quit?
- Are they really taking a break?
- Will the finale wrap things up?
