Burn Notice may have jumped the shark with Michael giving Fi the key to his apartment. She’s getting on my nerves and I really don’t want them getting back together. Better to keep Sam living with Michael.
I even thought DeDee Pfeiffer would make a good character for Michael to hook up with for awhile. As long as we didn’t have to see the daughter a whole lot. Let’s not go all high school now.
What we learned from this episode:
- That Sam, if not Fi, could keep the car around when Michael needed it.
- That Fi had everything under control: Molotov cocktails anyone? Shaken not stirred.
- That, when push comes to shove, Mom will allow her home to be turned into a safe house.
- That Michael may need a car but if he had one he wouldn’t look quite as cool walking away from the bad guys!

But the Charger is cool. I loved Fi with the Molotovs. I don’t know who is the most manipulative — Mom or Fi. And the fact that they talk on a regular basis? Poor Michael.
Dagny:
I totally agree with you about the Charger. Fires in the street are always cool. I’ll take Mom’s manipulative ways over Fi’s any day, but I know she’s too sexy for him to turn down, plus they have more of a history than he does with his Mom apparently.
