I like your take on it, though I thought he played the guy on touching evil pretty well. I thought the tips were great too.

I liked it a lot, too. I thought all the quick cut editing and endless 'bikini babe' action was a bit much, but the characters and acting were great. Definitely has potential.

I agree that Gabrielle Anwar's Irish accent was oddly out of place and didn't really work for me either.

I was actually a huge 'Touching Evil' fan, I loved the twisted humor and thought all the actors were amazing. I like when Jeff Donovan gets to cut loose comedy-wise, and while Creegan was a great character for that - I can see this one being just as fun.

I fell in love with the show with the whole discussion on the small bones in the hand and the number of hard surfaces in bathrooms.

I LOVED the bit about the visor.

"Seriously, you've gotta get that fixed. It's really annoying."

Great show. I hope it doesn't get cancelled.

I totally agree. This suits him so much better then Touching Evil. I did like that, but it was very dark and it never got a chance.

I agree with all your 'priceless moments' and have to add that teaching the kid to fight bullies was pretty cute and I loved when he asked the surity guy if his shirt came in mens. :)

The guy in the car was great. I liked the guy who hired him too. It would be fun if they both stuck around to help him out.

Gabrielle Anwar is English. While I may love an Irish accent, I found it completely out of place in Miami. Don't know how you feel about spoilers so I won't say anymore on that. :) She is also in the Tudors on Showtime or is it HBO.

So you mention the LAST 10 episodes of Blood Ties? Really? Not that its a great show or very well written, but it is fun and a guilty pleasure and I thought since it was on Lifetime it might last a little longer. *sigh*

Thank you for leaving a comment on my blog--it's my first. This looks like a great show. I really like Donovan and enjoyed him Touching Evil. I like your blog and will be back to read more reviews.
