Dead Zone Review

Now that Sheriff Bannerman, arguably one of the best looking guys on television, has passed away, will Sarah turn to Johnny and/or Stillson for friendship and find something else? Stillson has always had his eye on her and Johnny, well, he was her boyfriend long ago and is the father of J.J. And they never did mention the interlude she and Johnny had a couple of years ago, remember the scene where she was ill and we all thought she was pregnant with another of Johnny’s offspring?

With Janus dead and the mushroom cloud no longer looming, perhaps we’ll go back to one-off episodes rather than trying to save the world. And what a great friend Bruce was to think about turning down a job to stay with Johnny? Is he still on the payroll? Johnny doesn’t look like he needs a physical therapist anymore. But now that Armageddon is over, it looks like he’ll be moving on.

Maybe, with Close to Home being cancelled, Jennifer Finnegan can return to The Dead Zone as a fellow psychic and as a possible foil for a Sarah/Johnny romance.
