this weekend i’m catching up on dvr’d shows and taping robin hood and gil mayo mysteries on bbc america; ok, maybe i’ll try out daniel tosh on comedy central too, and OF COURSE I’ll be taping Dead Zone

BBC AMERICA graham norton show, the: joan rivers and julian mcmahon – interesting combination of guests, should make for lively conversation

WE bridezillas [4th season premiere] – another premiere reminder

VH1 celebrity fit club [90-minute 5th season finale] – this new season has the men competing against the women and among the celebs are Dustin Diamond (Saved by the Bell), Maureen McCormick (Brady Bunch), Kimberley Locke (American Idol) and Tiffany (mall singer)

COMEDY CENTRAL comedy central special: daniel tosh: completely serious [one-hour special presentation] - everything i read about this guy makes it sound worth a watch

USA dead zone, the: heritage [6th season premiere] - see my take here

HBO entourage: welcome to the jungle [4th season premiere] - well it looks like Medellin is actually being made and we see it through the eyes of a documentary

SHOWTIME meadowlands: episode 1 [series premiere] - it’s shows like this that make me wish for premium channels - looks like an interesting comedy? drama? about a family in the witness protection program who can’t seem to escape their past

WE platinum weddings [one-hour 2nd season premiere] – if you want to see some dream (read expensive) weddings, this is the show for you

9:30 PM

HBO flight of the conchords: sally [series premiere] – this sounds like a quirky show about a New Zealand band trying to make it big in New York
