I got home early from work today and lo! and behold there was a comment about my highlights for tonite about Standoff. This person invited me to watch the show because Gina Torres has an upcoming episode centered around her. Well I told you I like her and I didn’t want to take the time to look up which episode it would be so I just went ahead and added Standoff to my dvr taping. And did it wreak havoc! I already had the Scifi Channel programmed for tonite and, with Gil Mayo premiering tonite, what a conflict!
So I was at a crossroads - what do I do? Then I remember how wonderful SciFi is, they rerun the 2 Stargate shows later the same night, so now I’ve got it all working again. I’ll get to watch Gina Torres AND Ron Livingston (but I’m not looking forward to that redheaded partner of his) and not miss my favorites - hey, it’s summer, might as well take the time while you have it to try out something new.
