The Shield Finale Review

So The Shield has come to the end of another great season, and this finale has left us with a cliffhanger almost as good as last year’s! I mean, if nothing else, I wanna know if Dutch and Danny are really going to have a relationship, maybe even more of one than Hiatt and Tina have nurtured overnight. And who will take care of the soda machines now that Billings has left? Now that Claudette needs a leader of the Strike Team, will she take Vic back or will Acevada take him on as his personal security guard? These and so many more questions have me waiting with bated breath.

Of course, there are those of you who may actually care what Acevada will say when he gets to Vic’s hearing - could he possibly say something nice about him? I’d love to be a fly on that wall because I can’t believe they will show it when The Shield returns again.

And it’s only fitting that Shane should continue to be hunted down by Mackey after what he did to Corrine and Cassidy…after all, he killed Lem and I, for one, will never forgive him that.

I’m just happy that The Shield has been renewed for another season.

One of the interesting subplots for season 7 will be the Vic/Shane interaction. If anything happens to Shane and he can’t “repay” the Armenians, Vic’s family is in danger. Too bad he doesn’t know that.

Can’t wait until next year.
