Dr. Kevorkian Released from Prison

With the summer shows straggling in I have more time to watch the news. I see that Dr. Kevorkian has been released from prison, with the promise that during his 2 year parole he will not help anyone else die. Does that mean that once the time is up it’s okay? I wonder where this issue has gone during his absence.
