This show starts out like John Doe (Dominic Purcell, 2002) in that Kyle wakes up on an island, naked, and cannot remember who he is or why he is there, but he is extremely intelligent. Kyle also has no belly button! So is he an alien or what!
Kyle, a teenager, is found wandering around and he is taken to a psychologist who decides he needs to try to lead a normal life so she takes him home to live with her and her family, which includes a husband, and two teenagers, a boy and a girl. This is a family show but it has enough scifi elements to keep me interested. Nicholas Lea (XFiles) plays a mysterious man who is watching Kyle quite closely, as Kyle investigates clue after clue as to who he is and how he came to be.
