NBC had upfronts today and announced that Medium will be coming back in January. This Wednesday’s episode is the culmination of a 3-episode arc covering several sub-plots: Allison’s husband, Joe, is trying to cope with the aftermath of a workplace hostage situation where 2 of his co-workers were killed right in front of him; Allison went against her nature and befriended a woman (Neve Campbell), telling her the secret of Allison’s dreams being prophetic, only to find out she was a reporter who has pubished the secret, bringing chaos to Allison’s family and work lives, and the killer Allison is tracking may make the reporter his next victim. Ah, for the good old days of Charmed, where you could find a way to go back in time and start over!
