There’s a new Mark Burnett reality show on the horizon: Pirate Master, pitting contestants against one another in Survivor fashion, only this time they’ll be on a massive boat on the high seas circling an island in the Caribbean. Rewards will come in the form of real gold that can be kept after the show if the contestants don’t spend it on deals they make. Similar to Treasure Hunters, there will be clues leading to treasure and the one who finds the most riches in any given week will be the Captain, assigning chores in Big Brother style, relying on strategy so as not to cause a mutiny! Sounds like a fun summer show that may have potential for future seasons. Cameron Daddo, see picture below, hosts. Thursdays on CBS starting May 31.

I’m not big on reality TV (or most any TV for that matter), but this sounds interesting enough to at least check out ONE episode.
