By now you may have heard that Grey’s Anatomy is planning a special 2-hour show that will spinoff the Kate Walsh character to a new show that will be located in Los Angeles. I don’t watch Grey’s, though I know it is extremely popular, but I plan to try this one out because of the cast they have accumulated from various places, including Chris Lowell, who plays Piz on Veronica Mars; Taye Diggs recently of Daybreak fame; one of the creepy guys from Prison Break, Paul Adelstein, the one who betrayed the President by helping the Scofield brothers; Merrin Dungey, whom every fan of Alias will recall as Sydney’s best friend who was killed by Gina Torres. Also Tim Daly and Amy Brenneman, creating one of those 2nd degrees of separation things with Tyne Daly having played Amy’s mom on Judging Amy.

See your new cast below (in order left to right: Kate Walsh, Tim Daly, Amy Brenneman, Taye Diggs, Merrin Dungey, Paul Adelstein, and Chris Lowell below)
